What can be done to advance women in mining and resources in Singapore?

With research indicating that at executive management levels, women only represent 11.48% of roles within the top 500 mining companies globally, there is a need to re-evaluate what more can be done to promote gender parity trends in the industry.

In light of this, I authored a report for PwC Singapore for Women in Mining and Resources (WIMAR) Singapore, which was based on research on their members and their perceptions of the mining and resources industry in Singapore and selected employers.
